Customers should sign up for the Early Adopters offer based solely on features and capabilities available in the product at time of purchase. 1) Limitations on dataset size at time of Aible implementation in case of personal AWS account.
Aible runs custom code on your own AWS account. When you first create an AWS account, it has very limited resources due to AWS policies. At the time of initial Aible implementation if you are using your personal AWS account, the AWS limit translates to a data size limit of approximately 35 columns and 35k rows. We will provide you instructions on how you can request higher resource limits from AWS so that these limits can be significantly improved. We are also working hard on handling larger datasets on even the default AWS resources.
For enterprise customers who need to use large datasets, we will work with you to help configure your AWS environment so you can scale to the limits of AWS.
2) Model publishing process
Your model is trained and stored in your own AWS instance and not the Aible one. We do not wish to have access to your model information. As such, in the initial release of Aible, you need to use a two step process to dockerize and deploy your model.
Download a docker image from Aible
Copy two model definition files from your own AWS instance and add it to that docker image
We are working on automating these steps without taking custody of your model definitions. We anticipate that by mid April this process will be fully automated, and you will be able to get a custom docker image or deploy the image to your AWS instance with a single click.
3) Blueprint readiness
Aible will launch general availability of blueprints on Thursday, April 11th during the “Aible Blueprints speak your language” webinar from 11am-12pm Pacific. You can sign up for this webinar at www.aible.com/events. Ahead of the formal launch, we are working with our customers to create custom blueprints for their use cases and verticals. Please contact email@example.com if you would like to help us create blueprints for your use cases.
